Für Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 ist das Multiplayer-Update auf PC (11,1 GB), PlayStation 4 und Xbox One veröffentlicht worden. Es umfasst drei Spielmodi (Kopfgeldjäger, Scharfschütze und Team-Deathmatch), vier Karten (Village, Monastery, Wind Tunnel, Frozen Lake) und 24 Charakter-Modelle. Ein Teil der Waffen aus dem Einzelspieler-Modus sind verfügbar, darunter neun Scharfschützengewehre.
Darüber hinaus wird das „Multiplayer Map Pack“ mit zwei weiteren Karten (Canyon und Containers) für 4,99 Euro angeboten. Das DLC-Paket soll im Season Pass enthalten sein.
